Few know that Menuett is one of the first rent a car companies in Romania, since in 2000, when the company was set up, there were only a couple of agents country wide. The company went on a clear line since that time. By maintaining it's visuals and a clear and simple website, without any complicated visuals, the company went closer to it's customers. Due to it's smaller fleet (11 cars) the company is able to respect it's core value, focused around the mission statement: We will be there in time

Methodology: Why did we cut off the trust rank? Because since Menuett is not a national wide company, it cannot be compared as corporate image with larger players. However it is exactly the business pattern which brings the highest return for the company, and this becomes one of the strong advantages.

Menuett appeared in the .ro version in 2000, when the market was on a clear but incipientgrowth curve. We should clearly point out the fact that in the meantime, the company becomed a solid Google Player, by occuping the first positions in the key niche market (at searches for rent a car Cluj)

What impressed us in this particular case was the fact that this company is one of the few entities in Romania which managed to rank in the first set of Google results with 0 spam. Of course, one might say, the age does matter, but it is also the focus on the core market which has an impact.

As we detected, probably the only border which did not empowered Menuett in growing up very fast was the market size. Definetly if the company whould have been started in Bucharest, the growth rithm (as number of cars) would have been much faster.

We decided to rank Menuett with the maximum number of stars, since we consider that for Cluj at least, the company has one of the best set of offers available. We disregarded the trust rank, which was set lower because the company is not a multinational, and we obtained a maximum number of stars by adding our rating as well.
